    The concept of BIM (Building information modelling) relies on the capacity to model each component in an intelligent manner. This multidisciplinary approach offers many advantages for conception, design, construction and the long term management of a building. Aspects such as electrical, mechanical and plumbing management (MEP) can be integrated to the architecture and structure of a building.

    he 3D sonar survey system, ECHOSCOPE® from CODAOCTOPUS used with MSi (www.msi3d.com) allows 3D scanning inspections to be conducted from a boat, a ROV or a lever arm equipped with a high definition sonar. The ECHOSCOPE can provide a clear visualization of moving or stationary submerged structures in restricted visibility areas and in zones with a current speed over 5 knots.
